Product Description

MASTERGUP^® is a family of additive masterbatches based on few-layers graphene GUP^® specifically designed to provide superior mechanical and physical properties with a low dosage. Our additive masterbatches have a concentrations of 0.5 wt% of graphene GUP^® and are available for the polymers PA, PE and PP.

PROCESSING GUIDELINES & ADDITION RATE

MASTERGUP^® is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. The recommended loading rate of MASTERGUP^® is in the range 1 – 6 wt%. The optimum dosage level depends on the performance requirements of the final application and should be determined with specific test. The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
